While most people this month are resolving to exercise more, I’m going in the opposite direction.
Finding solace in the face of injury and discouragement in gardening and group rides.
Sometimes days of recovery, rejuvenation, and reconnection can't be planned.
On the flip side of the finish line, I can report that I race better with a laser-like focus than I do when scattered like paper cups on a windy run course.
